Can I cancel my paid subscription at any time?

Customers that sign up for any level of plan paying monthly can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Customers on an annual plan can cancel once their year of service is up.

Do you offer customer service?

Yes, we offer email support for all plans. Pro and Enterprise users also get phone support.

Do you offer training?

Yes. All plans include our on-demand Help Center with training videos. Pro and Enterprise users get one-on-one online training via screen sharing. Contact us to schedule.

3D Event Designer

What are the system requirements?

3D Event Designer is entirely cloud-based and works on Mac and PC computers, as well as tablets and iPads. Only an internet connection is required.

Does it work on tablets?

Yes! No download or app is required. Simply open your web browser, log in and start creating.

Do your items have color overrides?

Yes, almost all items have color overrides. Drag an item into your workspace, click on it, and use the Item Properties panel on the right to change colors.

How do I add my venue or products to the software?

Contact us for a custom quote. There is a one-time fee to get your venue modeled in Ultra High Definition or your items included in the software.

Do I have to pay for updates?

No. All updates -- new features, new items -- are free. As a cloud-based software, updates are applied automatically.
